How to Suggest a Business to YourLocalPages

Would you like to list your business in YourLocalPages? Doing so is a simple two step process. First of all, browse the categories of the directory and find the one you think is most suitable for your business. When you have found an appropriate category, click on the 'Suggest a Site' Link in the top bar. Fill in the form for the kind of listing you would like (more about that below), and click submit. If there is a charge for the a submission review for the listing you ask for, you will be forwarded to PayPal where you can pay using most normal credit and debit cards.

Submission Guidelines for YourLocalPages

Any charge levied during the submission process is for review only, and does not guarantee inclusion. However, if you follow these short guidelines, everything should be pretty straightforward.

You must pay the appropriate charge for review for the type of listing you request

You must select an appropriate category. If you select an inappropriate category your submission may be rejected

You must not supply any materials including text, logos or website URLs for which you do not own the intellectual property or copyright, or that do not apply to the business submitted.

You must not list other businesses or websites under the profile for the business you submit.

Listing Types on YourLocalPages

Original - These listings include data that we have found by trawling the Internet. They do not include telephone numbers or website addresses. You can not submit a new 'original' listing.
Standard - These listings are submitted by business owners. They are valid for one year, after which they must be renewed. The listings include website address and telephone number. These listings are available with either a £10 charge, or free if you link back to YourLocalPages (see Terms and Conditions for more details)
Premium - These listings are submitted by business owners. They are valid for one year, after which they must be renewed. The listings include website address, telephone number, profile text about the business, and a logo. Also, these listings are given priority in search result and in the Town pages. There is a £50 charge for review of a premium listing submission.
