Primary Postcode Area: DA5

Bexley is a small town situated in the south-east of London on the banks of the river Cray, its most eye-catching landmark is the Church of Saint Mary whose interesting shaped spires resemble a cone strangely placed on top of triangle.

It's architectural strangeness continues with Hall Place, originally a stately home founded in 1540 by a rich merchant and is now a registered monument and grade 1 listed building. This building is unusual because half of the building is built with grey stone and the other half with 17th century red bricks, this is because the house was sold to Sir Robert Austen after it was built who wished to create another wing to building, so he did.
