Kingston upon Hull is a borough in the north-east central area of London, more widely know as just Hull, the city is considered a major seaport and trading centre, its imports include timber, food products and raw metals. Its industries follow its imports including chemical production and machinery.
Hull was originally a wool trading area before development was started in 1775 to make it into a seaport. It was given the status of a city in 1897.
